Project Manager / Business Analyst

Job Requirements:
- Must have working knowledge of trade life cycle and repos.
- Prior working experience in the credit market and debt world.
- Must be a high level Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Must know Excel, MS Project, Word, Powerpoint, Visio (Intermediate to advanced skills for all) Sharepoint.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Capture, consolidate, and communicate the information from the SMEs to Development. Key point of contact during BRD definition phase.
- Effectively 'bridges the gap' between the business and the software development team by clearly communicating business needs
- Identify and resolve conflicting requirements by getting SME's together to agree on conflicts.
- "Own" the process flow maps; capture changes on future state diagram as they are made.
- Coordinate BRD review meeting, ensure that SME requirements are fully met and captured
- Participate in testing sessions and 'represent' the SME point of view
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage progress of tasks and deliverables throughout project; manage project plan
- Conduct status meetings, distribute status reports to project sponsors/stakeholders, manages expectations, serve as main communication source
- Expose resource and scheduling issues;
- Coordinate any major workshop/meetings involving multiple project participants; collaborates with business analyst to facilitate process workshop with SME's
- Escalate issues when tasks in the critical path are not completed
- Serve as chief liaison to vendors and groups outside of TMG
- Work closely with: 1) Business Analyst and line SMEs to ensure that solution being developed adheres to BRD; 2) Technology to ensure that development occurs in expected timeframe
- Perform administrative functions involving external contractor resourcing, meeting logistics, contracts, SOW's, agreements
