Distressed Debt Trader – Global Trading Job in Greenwich CT

Buyside firm in Greenwich, CT is looking for an exceptionally talented individual to join their global trading strategy team as a Distressed Debt Trader. The trader will take on multiple responsibilities, including trading, idea generation and acting as an intermediary between the Portfolio Management Team and the sell-side.  Ideal candidate will be a current distressed trader ready to take on a more senior role.

Distressed Debt Trader Role

– Implement distressed trading strategy

– Develop strong relationships within the distressed investments community

– Maintain detailed knowledge of the current and potential distressed universe

Distressed Debt Trader Job Requirements

– 3+ years of experience trading distressed debt

– Understanding of legal bond documents and bankruptcy filings
