THG is seeking qualified professionals for our help desk jobs / technical support jobs in New York. As part of your job duties, you will be asked to perform computer support and troubleshooting computer systems. You will be required to provide assistance to people with computer software, hardware or system problems. You will answer questions and resolve problems via telephone, email or in person.

Besides resolving computer problems, your help desk job duties are to supervise, prepare, and update the client’s computer knowledge. Help desk / tech support specialists coordinate with co-workers to determine how request orders will be assigned or supervise workers to ensure all repairs are properly complete.
